THE IMPORTANCE OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS. A STUDY ON PILOTS IN THE CONTEXT OF DANIEL GOLEMAN’S EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE MODEL

The purpose of the current study is to test relationship between emotional intelligence levels pilots and dimensions interpersonal relationships. research consists three parts. In first part, concept communication, in second intelligence, third identification, evaluation, use regulation one’s own others’ emotions how change according demographic factors are discussed. this study, a survey was conducted on pilots. analysis data with SPSS 21.0 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) program package. After comprehensive literature review, it tried determine scales that could measure variables used best way decided whose validity reliability were tested different studies international literature. addition, 7 questions developed characteristics model descriptive because aimed reveal situation detail. When results examined, understood there significant relations.
